Guide Login & Account Security
Logging in to your newtown new account is a process designed to be as simple and fast as possible. Just enter your email or username along with your password and you can access all games, promotions and account features in seconds.
Security is our top priority. Every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by major banks in Malaysia. This means all information you submit during login, including your password, cannot be read or intercepted by any outside party.
Multi-Layer Account Protection
Newtown new uses an advanced login detection system. If the system detects a login attempt from an unfamiliar device or location, a security notification will be sent to your registered email. This keeps you informed of all account activity at all times.
Additionally, your login session will automatically time out after a period of inactivity. This is an extra layer of protection, especially when accessing your account from a shared device. You don't need to worry about forgetting to log out — our system handles it for you.
Strong Password = Secure Account
A strong password is your first line of defence. We recommend a password of at least eight characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using personal information such as your name or date of birth as a password.
Never share your newtown new account password with anyone, including parties claiming to be newtown new staff. Our support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Forgot Your Password? Don't Panic
Forgetting your password happens to everyone. At newtown new, you can easily reset it using the "Forgot Password" function on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email address within minutes. Follow the instructions in the email and you'll be back playing in no time.
If you do not receive the email after a few minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it still has not arrived, our 24-hour customer support team is ready to assist you via Live Chat.
